Winning Student Company Members Meet the Vice President of Indonesia

Sep 24, 2014 – The two best performing teams from Prestasi Junior Indonesia’s National Student Company competition had the opportunity to present and speak directly with the Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia, Prof. Dr. H. Boediono B.Sc., M.Ec. on Wednesday 24 September. Students from SMKN Depok in Sleman (supported by GE) and from SMKN Farmasi in Jakarta (supported by Bank Permata) provided a brief overview of their product and business operation to the Vice President. In response the Vice President stated that his parents were entrepreneurs and that, if he had not chosen his current career path, in all probability he would be operating his own business now. The event showcased support by our donors and was a tremendous motivator for both the students and PJI personnel.
